From Overwhelmed to Empowered

I know firsthand how exciting it is to welcome a new baby—and how lonely it can feel. Juggling appointments, confusing medical advice, the emotional ups and downs of parenthood, and the pressure to “just enjoy it” can make this journey overwhelming. Having multiple high-risk pregnancies and difficult postpartum recoveries, I understand what it’s like to feel both joyful and alone—and I use that experience to guide and support the families I work with.

When you work with me, you get more than a therapist—you get a trusted advocate who truly understands the journey. I combine professional expertise with lived experience to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered at every stage. I specialize in perinatal therapy, postpartum support, perinatal anxiety, and postpartum depression treatment, offering a safe, compassionate space to explore your emotions, build coping skills, and regain confidence as a parent.

Because I’ve been there, I’m here to walk this journey with you—so you don’t have to do it alone. With me, you’ll have guidance, understanding, and advocacy every step of the way.

What Does Therapy with Jane Look like?

  • Therapy with me is all about you—your experiences, your feelings, your choices—especially in a world that often feels like it’s trying to tell you how to parent, how to birth, or how to “do it all.” I know that pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood can bring intense emotions, unexpected challenges, and moments where you just feel unseen. My goal is to create a space where you are heard, validated, and empowered every step of the way.

  • Clients often describe sessions as supportive, grounded, and real. I’m here to listen, reflect, and help you make sense of what’s happening. I also aim to challenge unhelpful narratives—gently and compassionately—so you can trust yourself and your choices more fully.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety during a high-risk pregnancy, navigating postpartum changes, or figuring out how to parent in a way that aligns with your values, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

    My Promise to You

    • You will be seen and heard—exactly where you are.

    • You will feel validated and empowered, even in moments of uncertainty.

    • You will have a partner and advocate in navigating systems that often don’t meet your needs.

    • You will work at a pace that honors your journey, not a timeline imposed by anyone else.

Pregnancy and parenthood are transformative—but they’re also hard. Therapy with me is a space where you can be honest, feel supported, and leave each session a little more confident in your own voice and your own choices.

  • When I’m not in session, you can usually find me:

    • Attempting to cuddle with my children (when they take a minute to calm from the chaos)

    • Playing catch with my 3 dogs

    • Checking the chicken coop for colorful eggs

    • Watching any and all reality tv

My work is rooted in openness and genuine care. Healing is important work, and I deeply respect the trust it takes to begin that journey. It’s a privilege to support clients through seasons of growth and healing.
